Small Business Server 2011 We are now running all our internal systems on Small Business Server 2011 and on Windows Server 2008R2 and have seen many improvements over the previous 2008 editions, such as better management control, improved backups and security, including faster network speeds Hyper-V Technolgy We now run all mid and high end Servers using Hyper-V technology. This simplifies backups and makes it simpler to keep your Server running as the Hyper-V image can be transfered any resonable spec machine and run your Server image if your Server has suffered a major failure.
