New Server monitoring including Services such as Exchange Server can now be
remotely monitored 24/7, in the event of a problem an Alert can be sent by
email or SMS to one of our engineers, so that the problem will be fixed ASAP,
maybe even before you become aware of it.
Annual Service Contract
• Covers 1 Server and 5 Clients for each additional Client there is
an extra charge.

Option 1: Basic Monthly Health Check
• Server event Logs reviewed on a weekly basis.

Anti-Virus detection engine checked and updated if necessary.

Server components i.e. Hard disk space are monitored.
•
If any problems occur Client is notified via e-mail.
Option 2: Intermediate Monthly Health Check

Full backup of Company data onto DVD each month.

Full Server Backup to NAS device monitored.
